Steps

  1. Ensure that the application has the necessary privileges and tools to run such as Wifi or location
  2. Ensure the application is support on your device and your device’s operating system version
  3. Try to close out the application and restart it
  4. Disable and re-enable the application
  5. Check if there are any updates
  6. Uninstall the application and re-install the application.
