Troubleshooting App Issues
If a mobile device is having issues running an application
Steps
- Ensure that the application has the necessary privileges and tools to run such as Wifi or location
- Ensure the application is support on your device and your device’s operating system version
- Try to close out the application and restart it
- Disable and re-enable the application
- Check if there are any updates
- Uninstall the application and re-install the application.
